1. Overview

At Garbic Electronics, we strive to deliver your products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We partner with the most reliable shipping providers in India to ensure a smooth, worry-free delivery experience right to your doorstep.

Safe & Insured Shipping

Every shipment is carefully packed, sealed, and fully insured. If anything happens to your order in transit, we will replace or refund it immediately.

2. Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent. Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value:

Orders Above ₹500

Get free standard shipping on all orders totaling ₹500 or more (after discounts/coupons are applied).

₹49

Orders Below ₹500

A flat delivery charge of ₹49 is applied to orders below ₹500 to help cover basic logistics costs.

Optional Express Shipping may be available during checkout for a flat fee of ₹99 for select pin codes, guaranteeing faster delivery slots.

3. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Here are the estimated delivery windows from the date of dispatch:

Please note that public holidays, Sundays, and unforeseen logistics disruptions (such as extreme weather, strikes, or containment zones) may cause slight deviations from these estimates.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Dispatch Timing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

Holidays & Weekends

We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays. Any orders received during these times will be prioritized and processed on the immediately following business day.

5. Coverage & Courier Partners

Pin Code Serviceability

We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India. You can check the serviceability of your pin code on the product detail pages or during checkout.

Shipping Partners

We coordinate with major courier agencies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post to guarantee secure and tracking-enabled deliveries.

6. Order Tracking

Staying informed about your delivery is easy. We provide real-time updates at every stage of the shipment:

  • Tracking Link: Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will send a dispatch confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number (AWB) and a link to track the status online.
  • Activation: Tracking numbers usually take about 12 to 24 hours after dispatch to reflect active scans and transit coordinates on the courier partner's portal.
  • Support: You can also track your order status directly under the "Track Order" link in our website footer or via your Customer Account.

7. Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it back to our warehouse.

Important Delivery Guidelines

  • • Ensure your delivery address is accurate and includes recognizable landmarks.
  • • Provide a working mobile number so the delivery agent can contact you on arrival.
  • • If you are unavailable, please coordinate with a neighbor, security gate, or family member to receive the package.
  • • If the package is returned due to incorrect coordinates or unavailability after 3 attempts, we will issue a refund minus the actual shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

We take special care in wrapping all products. However, if you observe that the outer packaging is damaged, ripped open, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  1. Do Not Accept: Refuse to accept the delivery from the courier agent.
  2. Note it down: Ask the delivery agent to record the reason for refusal as "Damaged Package".
  3. Take Photos: Snap a picture of the damaged box if possible.
  4. Report to us: Contact our Support Team within 48 hours of the attempt with your order number and photos so we can initiate a claim and ship a replacement immediately.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customer convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes and orders.

  • Verification Call: Our support team may initiate a verification phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.
  • No COD Fees: We do not charge any extra COD processing fees. You only pay the amount printed on your invoice.
  • Cash Ready: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the delivery associate, as they do not carry credit card terminals or sometimes lack physical change.
